Located down a leafy street in Elsternwick, this venue offers convenience for guests, only 5km from Melbourne CBD, with nearby public transportation, and plenty of on-street parking available.
Allow your guests to be greeted by a beautiful white facade, complemented by the Rose Garden and wisteria vines, a classy spot to enjoy a drink and take in your surroundings throughout the event. Then you are welcomed into the Foyer, lit by chandeliers, where you can mingle, relax, and celebrate freely, with access to the marble bar. This is a great holding space for guests before they head into the ballroom, but also for them to flow into as the night goes on if they want to take a breather.
The Ballroom is a beauty, offering a bud-lit draped ceiling, and ample space to transform the floorplan to suit your business’ needs for the event. Opt for a cocktail style set up, scattering tables and chairs throughout the space, and placing emphasis on the large dance floor in the centre of the room. If you’re looking to run activations throughout the event, there is plenty of space to add in special features throughout the ballroom.
If you’re hosting a more formal sit down event, round tables will fill the space alongside the dance floor, still leaving adequate room for custom additions such as a photo booth or band.
